Twenty four individuals in eight categories will be recognized for outstanding achievement in various facets of health care.
The event will be a sell-out so register EARLY to guarantee your seat. Seating is limited and on a first-come, first served basis. The pre-registration cost is $65 for individual tickets and $1,200 for honoree table sponsorships.
